The owner is one of rudest and unprofessional people who I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I work hard for my money, but I won't be spending one more $ at this salon, this woman is a disgrace to the industry and I am suprised that in an industry that heavily relies on personable relationships with clients, that someone has never stood up to this bully, and let her know that manners are free. She is very lucky to have such lovely staff the ladies who are gorgeous to deal with, and I was very happy with the level of service that they provided me, hopefully Emma will open up her own salon, I guarantee you that she would be booked solid.
