Great experience getting a wax here. Lovely staff and friendly. I will be back for an eyebrow wax and a facial soon. Easy parking right out side. Only fault was the room was really warm and I was sweating ( more than normal as I’m pregnant)

Great friendly staff

I called Ella Bache to make an appointment to have brows waxed and tinted. The price I was quoted did not match the advertised price on the website. When I questioned this I was told they were one of the cheapest salons. I wasnt necessarily look for cheap (infact I went elsewhere and paid more). What I was not happy with was that they didnt immediately offer to honour their advertised price. I was told that the girl would check with the manager and call me back. My appointment was scheduled for 45mins time. I didn't hear back so went to another salon. I live local, so they have lost a potential regular customer.

Sima is a miracle worker, thank you for always going beyond my expectations! Highly recommended
