Mainly I would like to review on their customer service ! They are very patience towards the customers and the owner she is very good she suggests very nicely. The best thing about them is they update their designs frequently.

Can I give less than 1 rate? Staff were unhelpful, rude and laughing at the cùstomer behind their back. So unprofessional. Its the way they do it. Feels like they are paying you to give you a service instead of other way round especially the manager( that's what she said she was anyways). Price dropped to $400 from $800 So kinda shows what their markup is.. they need to have a customer service tone instead of rowdyish behaviour. Owner should be present sometimes to keep them In check..

Always a good experience. There are more competitive deals around, better prices especially for the clothing and variety of clothes, but they are the longest serving in Brisbane and the experience of going into a 24k gold show room and Indian dress/saree shop is an experience in itself (not high-end).

Rude lady behind the counter , really poor customer service . Told all my knowns not to go there . Very bad experience
