I came in a few weeks ago and spoke to a beauty therapist named Tyler. I have spoken to a lot of different therapists about my skin concerns but Tyler was able to give such pragmatic advice and approached my concerns holistically. I appreciated that she didn't push potential sales but rather told me what they had to offer - this made me feel like a client rather then just another sale. I have been going to LCA for a few years now and I didn't think that they had much left to offer me, but after my chat, I am very excited to book laser appointments. 10/10 would recommend.
One of my friends recommend I go to Garden City as they have laser for Indian skin. I was very happy with the results as I had been another place and did not see any change after many sittings. I noticed after the 3rd sitting my hair reduced which made me very happy. The staff are friendly and always make me feel comfortable especially doing sensitive areas.
Being a guy, I am no expert whatsoever when it comes to cosmetic treatments. My girlfriend recommended laser clinics to me for some minor acne scarring. I was impressed with how easy the whole process was from the front counter to inside the treatment room. I can't comment on any of the other employees, but Tyler was very helpful.
