Staff are very nice and if you live close it has the Brisbane city train pass through every 15 to 30 minutes the convenience is out of this world. But one time there was an intimidating individual they did offer security in the stations staff area but didn't contact the authorities or crime stoppers.

The station assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me some history of the station. Parking was easy. Thank you very much.nnBack again in October 2020. Station assistant M was very helpful. Good job everyone.

Jumped off at North Boondall to go meet wife in Deagon. What a fantastically loved station! There are a few clean and looked after stations around Brisbane, my local Bald Hills one of them, but North Boondall goes to a whole new level. I had to visit the loo and I have never - even in posh restaurants - seen such a well looked after loo anywhere. Even the staff were happy and jovial and nice. Central Station should learn from here.

Safe, clean and plenty of parking. Get a seat on the train before it gets to Boondall station.
