Absolutely horrifying. Cut my toenails so short they cut my toe and it bled everywhere. Paint wasn't even covering the nails. Not buffed properly and shavings of the nail hanging off. Asked them to fix it, made me late, and was still BAD paint and finish.Paid and leftt in tears,l

The staff are so lovely and kind. Got exactly what I was looking for in my acrylics. Service was incredible and the price is a bargain for the amazing experience and serve you receive. Would absolutely with out a doubt get my nails there again. ud83dude04ud83dudc4dud83dudc97

Be careful when purchasing a voucher for a service at this nail salon. The 6-month expiry date is strictly adhered to, even when the Covid restrictions in 2020 made it difficult to redeem this service by the expiry date. All other services I have encountered were happy to extend voucher expiry dates due to the pandemic.

I asked for a replacement SNS on my nails and when they went to remove the old one they told me it wasn't SNS. That my nails had gel on them. I had my nails done here the previous time so clearly they hadn't listened when I asked for SNS. I hadn't had it done before so I didn't know what the difference was.nMy nails look like a home job which isn't what you want from a professional nail salon. They definitely reuse tools without sterilising them and they go back and forwards with the file when I've always been told you shouldn't do that because it breaks the nails. They also use the drill on your own nails which is also not recommended.nnOverall I am very unhappy with the end result. The colour is nice and it's ok if you hold your hand far away
