I got my lashes done on Saturday and I have never had such a bad experience with my lashes.nnFirstly the whole experience was uncomfortable with the “lash tech” ending up cutting away most of my bottom lashes to free them from top lashes. 1 day later my lashes continue to be in pain with most lashes glued to my eyelid rather then isolated and attached to a single eyelash. Instead I’m finding them glued in clumps with so much excess glue on my lashes that it’s a constant sharp scratching stabbing every time I blink. I’ll be lucky to have any lashes left by the end of this. I could not not recommend this place enough.

came in and had asked for the $120 set of lashes what I received was not worth it what so ever trying to charge $1 a lash when I have had over 20 fall out already, max I would pay for what I got is $50 if that not to mention the very rude and disrespectful staff when I called and asked about them. Everybody has just said my lashes look they like they had just gotten a perm very disappointed and do not recommend to anyone.

My girlfriend always visits them and is always happy with threading and waxing services

I will never go back to this place. The lady has ruined my eyebrows and just before my Xmas Party and New Years Events. I distinctly asked for a tidy up only! She made me pay upfront first, which I was okay with but now wish I didn’t. I asked for tidy up only and the lady had reshaped my whole eyebrows. I have natural thicker eyebrows and she has now turned them into thinner drawn pencil line like eyebrows. She had also gapped them terribly. And one is cut shorter then the other. It was that bad, I left the shopping centre crying and assure you I do not cry easily. She has now ruined my eyebrows. I am left disgusted and I 100% Do not recommend this one!
