Daintree Village Hotel and General Store

Awesome food. We had salt and pepper squid and grilled fish. There's a bit of wait for the food but the salad was so freshly good and the squid was fantastic.

Great pub spot, worth the drive. The lady that served us was really lovely and the food was excellent.nnThe Barramundi Burgers were delicious, the batter on the fish was excellent. The fried onion rings lovely and light (a huge serve for $8), and the pepperoni pizza was also very good. Nice to have all freshly cooked food and served with a smile.nnEverything you would expect and more from a small hotel. Definitely recommend!

The food feels like frozen microwave but nice cosy place to chill late night.
