Terrible customer service, I went here to buy a spin mop and i had to return it because it was faulty and in bad condition. That's what i told the service lady and she refused to give me a refund. It was within the 7 day policy. Not only was I denied my request but I was treated poorly and was told to ''shut up'' and ''stop wasting my time'', ''people like you shouldn't be here''. She was very rude so I left the store. honestly I would not go there again and would no recommend this place. pathetic people that act like their on reality TV.

This Red Dot store located in Coventry Village opposite the Spudshed is a large store where you can pretty much find anything you need from paint brushesn,wall hooks, padlocks, car cleaning products, pet accessories including toys, torches, extension leads, sporting goods, storage containers, fake flowers, pictures and picture frames, ready to hang curtains, mirrors, cleaning products including things like Ajax and washing detergents, toilet rolls, sweets and lollies, wrapping paper and greeting cards, DVDs. Just about anything you need. Just pop in and have a browse around. I'm sure it'll be something that you will pick up
