Great moving company at very affordable prices.nnL. and G. were prompt, friendly, expedient, and competent. They treated our belongings with respect and followed directions exactly.nnThis was our second time using this service. Our experience was even better this time around.nnSo pleased with their work. We were SO disappointed in the speed and customer service with this business. We had a 1 bedroom move, with lifts and close parking at both ends, booked for which we moved all the boxes and some of the smaller furniture ourselves, we only required the bulky items to be taken. The website states a medium truck with two men will only take 1.5hrs to load/un-load and with a 10/15min drive between we expected this job to be over relatively quickly. When we booked Rachel agreed it would be an easy and quick job. However it was anything but! The truck took 2.5hrs to load with almost 20-30min a trip for easy, large, lightweight items! We called Rachel to express our concerns as per the instructions on the website to which she said they are their best team and we should ask them to hurry up. We subsequently found out the reason for the delay as we caught them EATING!! During the unloading we took it upon ourselves to take most of the items ourselves as to not waste any more time which seemed to make the guys move even slower. We called Rachel again during the unloading to explain we were still unsatisfied and that we had caught them eating on the job. She seemed very understanding and said they would deduct from the total for their break. With all confidence we paid in full expecting a refund, as per the instructions for their efficiency guarantee on the website, expecting to hear back with the amount we would be refunded. After not hearing we checked in with Rachel who could not be anything further from understanding. She claimed the small quiet road at the unloading site which WE took the items across and the short 10/15min drive between sites was to blame for the total time of 4.25hrs!!! She refused to address them eating on the job and seemed to think this was an appropriate time for such a move. Which from some other negative reviews is also an appropriate time for a 2 bedroom... Very inconsistent. Very slow. Very rude. Don't even bother.

I moved house and used Fast Movers for probably the 4th time. The movers are always professional and kept a cool head even when the property manager very inappropriately threatened them while they were working. I recommend them to everyone who is moving home.

Lovely workers. Extremely fast and efficient, delicate with handling, on time and respectful. Didn't waste any time getting everything done. Communication when unsure of which items stay or leave. Assemble and reassemble at request. Excellent job!!!! Will be using their services again when in need.
