Good news; both escalators are finally fixed... This will help alleviate the crazy stairway traffic jam as both the people exiting and entering the station had to squeeze through a single emergency door for three months.

Clean station, decent bus services, There is an area for car drop offs accessible from the entrance to Lakeside parking nearby, Free buses to and from ECU Joondalup, friendly and helpful staff onsite to aid new travelers.

Decent train station from my experience. Has always been on time when I have used and always generally clean. Have used public transport in all states of Australia and a number around the world and gotta say Perth is up there with reliability. Keep it up!!
