I wanted to use local services for the move, I wasn't disappointed. The booking process was helpful and responsive to my needs and questions. The two removalists were on time, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use this local business again and a big thank you from me for making the move so easy.

Having had products delivered to us on numerous occasions the care and diligence their staff take when entering and exiting my property is astounding. I am SO SO SO epically grateful for the entire A&R team. From the moment you speak to Tammy to make the booking, to the minute the legend removalists (in my case Darryl & Rodney) leave you at your new home, you’ll find the experience an absolute breeze!nnA&R are professional, friendly & a delight to move with. Not even a torrential down pour of rain will stop them from doing their job! This includes the owner who hand delivered a much needed chai mid move & mid downpour (in very cool pants)nnThe rain delays made the move take a little longer than planned & therefore resulted in a bigger cost than I budgeted for, but I wasn’t going to complain given the awesome service.nnThank you thank you thank you A&R!!

This would have to be the most poorly experience i have ever had to deal with, the added stress it created after giving them plenty of notice with my move, To then be told at the very last minute sorry this can't be done now!! With emails going back and forth the company knew what week i needed to move getting back to them 2weeks prior to be told the dates are not available but another date is so here i was thinking i had that very last date to move, NO that was not that case once again you are only a number with this business !! the ADMIN team are useless there is NO loyalty if they can book someone else in even with the dates you have requested they will !! NO ONE needs the added stress when moving house, Which this business sure has created for me!! Other people need to know as it might save them the stress of being completely stuffed around..nnLet's make it clear now your team did not bend over backwards to help me here i was thinking that i had a date booked in to be moved which was NOT the case !! Please stop making excuses for your poor service your so called business has now left me hanging at the last minute to find another removal company !! The service you provided was poor and other people need to know !! So this does NOT happen to anyone else !!
