I sent more than 100kg of my personal belongings to Auckland, New Zealand and the staff in Auburn store are really helpful and friendly. They always reply emails promptly. All my belongings are delivered safely and quickly without paying taxes. If you are planning to move overseas like me, I would highly recommend you to choose Auburn store.

Fantastic! We'd never used Pack and Send before. Mohammed and Munira at Auburn were incredibly helpful, courteous, prompt and efficient. They picked up unboxed large ovens for us, packed them securely and sent interstate. Mohammed worked with us to ensure our special needs were met, and followed through all the way. Well, Auburn branch staff is quite friendly so I am not amused to write this review. I send a parcel from Sydney to Albury, Pack and Send gave my parcel (without my consent) to Couriers Please, after a week I don’t have the parcel, no one knows where the parcel is, Pack and Send “can’t” get through to Couriers Please, Couriers Please don’t care and apparently I depend upon a mercy of a Couriers Please driver to give me a call once he decides to. Third world country service.
Apparently they have attempted to deliver my parcel, yet no card, no notification. Worste service ever, now i have to try and find where my parcel is. Expected eta 16-21 july, its now the 28th... super annoyed i was home every day for two weeks.
