Amazing staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s a joy to spend my money here. Some good bird products in store. They literally knew stock levels off the top of their head without looking it up, and on the rare occasion they are out of stock, they have been very helpful in looking up restock times and alternate purchase options (like ordering from their web store). All with a kind and engaging nature. It’s not a one off, they are consistently good over a long timeframe.

Great staff, if they don't have something, they will order it in for you. Saves me booking a trip to the vet when I need to get rid of dog ear mites by ordering in stuff that actually works.

Outstanding puppy training...small groups...well managed

sent my dog here one time to get groomed as his normal groomer was not available. they shaved way too short, very patchy. He’s not the same, not as bubbly or energetic... almost seems traumatised. will never go back. not happy at all.

Staff are amazing and super helpful! They are consistently in a good mood and always happy to help!
