The Diplomat Motel

Excellent customer services for the ladies Dianne and Melissa (she even remember my 1st name) and their boss the lady in the office (Sorry I did not get your name). An excellent place to rest and I feel save with my vehicle as after 6 pm the only entrance and exit must go via reception with a road humps and busy Gregory Terrace so no way your car will gone missing without being seen by the reception on duty (24 hours). Love the brekkie @ the Stump and the dinner @ Uncle Tavern, I loved their burger a must try!

Great location. Great value particularly given it included breakfast. The rooms vary in standard - some better than others. Breakfast was great - a couple of really decent vegan options. Really well made coffee but used So Good soy milk which isn't nice. I'd stay here again

Pleasant, reasonably priced, great rooms, occasionally a ruckus out on the streets but that's just Alice Springs. The two receptionists I talked to both get 6 out of 5 stars for their friendly and helpful service.

Good secure budget motel. Locked at night secure parking. access to pub for food good meals available. Recommend

Absolutely horrible, customer service was terrible. I booked with booking.com and paid for a queen room, they gave me a twin which I understand however I paid more and got less.
