How often do you review a packing company??? WELL,nI received a large piece of hand crafted timber audio furniture today and I have honestly NEVER seen such beautiful, careful packing of an item ever. It was like a work if art. Not kidding.nnIf you EVER need anything packed and sent, this is the FIRST place you should go. Not only this, but Sam phoned to keep me posted RE when the piece was likely to arrive. staff member tried to add 1cm to my package to charge me an extra 99 cents. What can you expect from cheap people who runs an unactivated copy of Microsoft Windows in store?
Just received all my goods in Marseille which were sent by the amazing team at pack and send Burwood. Great communication and efficacy. Really happy with their service!
I have sent 3 big luggages each 30kgs from Mel to Syd and the service of pack n send is way beyond expectation. All the 3 luggages reaches before time and in a good condition. Surely the price are on a higher side, but the service and tracking is very good. Mr Sam also made sure to send an update on email once the package is delivered. I would highly recommend pack n send and will definitely use for my future requirements.
