My experience working at Roadmaster for 3 years was mostly very unpleasant and stressful. Most staff and the drivers are lovely . No pay reviews for staff even years later. Some staff have unreasonable workloads and no support.There is very poor commincation within the Company. Management mostly unsupportive and unresponsive to issues and problems within the Company that is brought to their attention. Unpleasant working culture within the Company.
