I could not highly recommend the DJacks Team enough from the starting process with Mel who has been fantastic and one of the best customer service experiences I have had. And the moving Team Matty , PJ and Max were amazing and very efficient and I will definitely be using there service again and absolutely recommend if you are looking to use there services.
From the moment I spoke to Mel until the completion of the job we felt as we had known her for years.nWe hadn't moved for 19 years and my husband and I are in our 60s. Moving was so daunting for us.nMel came out, reassured us that they would look after us and they did both quote wise and moving us without any breakages or scratches.nThe boys came to our home and nicer blokes you couldn't meet. They took over moving us and reassured us that this what they do. We loved their banter during the day and again we felt that we had known them forever. Mel even came to the new premises to make sure it was all going well.nWe would have no hesitation to recommend DJacks Transport and Removals and we will be contacting them to move us again when our new home is completed.
