These guys are lovely.This second time I've used them to help relocate from Melbourne to Sydney and then back to Melbourne. And I'd contact them again for any future moves. They're personable people very easy to deal with and also are patient and cautious enough throughout the move to take care of the items and property to ensure no damage. Thanks guys!! Made my moves a bunch easier!

Sam and Ravi were exceptional movers. On time, efficient, polite, courteous and generous to an elderly lady moving on her own. I cannot speak more highly of these two guys who did an amazing job. Excellent value for money! Always polite to deal with! Came weeks faster than time window expected! Perth team unloading was particularly good, dealing really well with difficult, very heavy and odd sized items, as well as being really lovely guys to deal with.

On time for pick up and delivery, very helpful and as flexible as possible. I would use them again. But remember to plan ahead.nGot referred by a broker and paid for standard service (later I found that there is premium service where you can specify pick up and delivery times), the standard service had pick up and delivery date [not time], as the schedule is less predictable. This was not an issue because they cam for pick up earlier than expected (we had packed everything) and they picked up more items than what was quoted [turned out that I was sent a whole container and my personal effects were exclusively loaded, not sharing the space with other customers, this is good news and different from what the broker had told us].nDelivery was super quick and because we didn't have a delivery address, we stored the items for 3 weeks. During this period we searched and found an apartment to rent and called to schedule delivery. When we got to the apartment it needed to be cleaned and I called Rham to delay the delivery date by 1 day so that I could arrange for cleaning. The team was cooperative and although rescheduling required reorganizing many activities, they made it happen and delivered the following day (again you can't fix the time with Standard service).nCompared to other transport and removals provider, I paid 30% less with Rham, and I got a great service. In the future, I would consider premium service or would have the delivery address ready before scheduling the service because aligning too many activities can be tricky.nGreat service, just be realistic and know what service you are opting for and understand Rham's operations so you can communicate well and manage your expectations.

Sam and Ravi are really professional. They came on time and were really careful in handling and loading the furniture on the truck. I would definitely recommend using them again for my next move. Thanks guys.
