Worst moving experience ever. These guys have no sense of integrity, they will promise you a lot of things and tell you what you want to hear but turn up late, talk rudely and damage furniture. HEADS UP, BE REALLY CAREFUL AND PUT YOUR MONEY IN RESPONSIBLE HANDS.
Very disappointed with the service.nFirstly they came 3 hours late and out of 2 guys only one guy was working and the other one was always on the phone and its matter because I was paying hourly rate for 2 guys, also they asked us to give a hand, broke some furniture in short they are not professional movers though very expensive.nnI would highly recommend to go with other options.

Found John's Removals and Storage via findamover.com for a small load to Melbourne. John was straight onto the task with a rapid fire quote and phone call and this on a Sunday night. The price was great value and even though I hadnt yet received other quotes I immediately warmed to Johns professionalism and tenacity after checking his google reviews I gave him the job. Other quotes arrived later and John was still great value although as the load was mainly high end items it was more the quality of service I required.nJohn didnt disappoint at all. He was true to his word, kept me informed of his arrival time and delivered at the other end exactly as promised. I had a family member meet him at the destination and he too was impressed with Johns professionalism and cordial manner.nMost importantly John and his team took great care of our furniture - carried loaded and secured with due care and arrived in the same condition as it left. Delivered and placed in the rooms accordingly.nId recommend John's removals and storage without hesitation and will use them in the future for sure
