I sent two framed prints with glass from Sydney to Melbourne via Pack & Send at Surry Hills. The franchising owner, David, was very helpful in assisting with the packaging. The package arrived in two days with the contents in perfect conditions. The tracking was very useful for me to track the progress and make sure that some one was there at the destination to receive the package. Overall excellent professional service.

Excellent and reliable service!nDavid and his team worked in a very professional way, they made the shipment process of the documents very easy for me. Special thanks to Mr. Khaja for his attentive , efficient and quick service and the follow ups. Packaging was done neatly and the documents were safe and in tact. Even though I’m in quarantine at a hotel in Sydney, Khaja at Surry Hills Pack & Send was really helpful so I could complete everything necessary to send my packages via email and phone. I was happy with the service I received and would recommend them.
