Absolutely appalling customer service. Goods collected for storage in a container then doubled handled (without our knowledge) and placed in modules. Not all items were delivered and after many calls told “we delivered everything on our list!” however this was their list for delivery – not the original inventory list. Informed they need a couple of months to sort out – will look in 200 modules at a rate of 3 per day!! Oh and wrong piano delivered – informed them a stool was not ours and they asked “did we want it?!”

After our previous move with a big name competitor was a complete disaster we were very nervous about moving again. We need not have worried about it. The service we received, firstly from Linda who came out to our home to assess the job, to the tireless efforts of Reece and his moving crew on the day of uplift & then on delivery the next day was absolutely stellar.nLinda's assessment of the job was spot on and Reece & his team coped with our awkward dog leg stairs & some very heavy & precious items including a much loved 30 yr old pinball machine without any issues or damage.nI cannot recommend Adams & Rofe highly enough, they were on time, careful with our belongings & very professional.

The guys that assisted in our move from Wollongong into Storage at Smeaton Grange were very good. The move was seamless and we were pleased with the outcome.
