Took great care of our belongings are there was no damage. Although, we felt it was very expensive (total $940 for a 2 bed apartment less than 10 mins away!!) and took longer that we thought. Charging $10 to pay via credit card is a rip off. But overall the service was good.
Zoom removals were great. Nothing was damaged and stuff was packed well. Very easy to organise and call the people on the phones were polite and prompt. The payments for storage were easy to do on a weekly basis. There was only 1 hiccup where the move back to my new place was delayed as the stuff was not taken out of the module by the forklift. But they kindly reimbursed with some credit to compensate. I would recommend it.
I've used zoom the last three times I have moved and they have always been on time, fast and very professional. Would highly recommend
