If only I could rate lower then one star...nnAbsolutely appalling service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYnI moved 3.5kms down the road and had a one bedroom apartment, it costs over $900!nnIn the past I have moved further distances with the same amount of furniture and it still costs less then half that price.nnFirstly, the delivery guys were late by an hour.nnThe delivery guy was rude and didn't stop complaining when we had found out the lift was not operational. Moving is his occupation, he had one job and he complained the entire time about having to lift the furniture up the stairs and how much stuff I had. I was very well prepared, everything was boxed with the exception of the furniture. I have never seen someone move so slow.nA job that should not have taken more then 4 hours, took 7 !nnThe office is just as bad. I called twice and made complaints, and to request my invoice, they said that the complaints team would call me back - NEVER HAPPENED, I also never received my invoice. Then I called twice again (so yes 4 times in total) to request my invoice, still never happened. Until the 4th time. They said on 3 of the occasions, I would get a call back from the manager... also NEVER HAPPENED.nnIf you want to be gauged and extorted this is the removal company for you.

Great service highly recommended!nUsed imove with moving Sydney to Brisbane on a premium service guys were very professional and I had no issues with the move .

Unprofessional bunch of scammers, doesn’t understand english and its a big challenge communicating anything with these folks. Too slow in moving things and very very rude and rash behaviour. They simply charge you mentioning some useless policies and rule which they never mention during booking the service. If they quote $200 be prepared to pay $800 when work is completed that too with unexpected delays and tantrums from the workers. Stay away from this group

TERRIBLE - They are terrible beyond imagination, came late, charged extra for not finding a parking, do not understand english, very rude with customers, trying to find ways to increase money, very very slow in moving things, no respect at all to any costly items while moving, rough handling, Simply stay away from these scammers. In the name of removal business they are looting general public from their hard earned money
