The removalists were very good. It is a shame that there are 5 organizations trying to assist with this move and despite having to advise three of them of my preferred date there is no interaction between them.nnI have to work shifts as well as try and arrange the move yet there seems to be a need to constantly restate what was agreed upon in the inventory.nnThis left me one day to get everything done and fit into other people's time frames which in the end ignored what I had put in my inventory.nnI was unable to clean as well as I wanted to and I have to work the next two nights so I am tired and the job from ky end is not even half done.nnRegards and Merry Christmas

My department used Move Dynamics to arrange my move from Canberra to Melbourne. The case manager was really friendly and made it all pretty easy. The movers were professional and super efficient especially when our stuff was delivered in Melbourne. I think this business does a good job.

not recommended. I was fooled before as well and thought they were good. I confirmed several times with them about the time and date to transport, but I found out they could not do it on the agreed day....Later on the removals told me Move Dynamics did not confirm with them about the date and time, and Move Dynamics should not do this.nI don't know what else I can do to make sure they do not make mistakes. Confirming with them more than 3 times does not prevent that. You better contact the removals yourself and make the comparison yourself.

This company is not a removalist, rather they gather your inventory and then find a removalist who can do it the cheapest and take the cream off the top. Terrible service and no care no responsibility company who can palm all your issues off as someone else’s problem. Damaged a lot of expensive items and then told us the paperwork was incomplete and they refuse to fix items. Their paperwork showed items that where not delivered and items that where delivered that did not show up on paperwork, was that poorly written that you could not read 70% of it. Although a full inventory was given the removalists showed up and only could fit a portion of our furniture and items, the rest was left at our old address 700kms away.nnTwo removalists showed up and packed an entire 3-bedroom house in 4hrs so you can image how much care was given. But managed to pack the air con remotes from the old house. “clever”nnSo, move dynamics don’t have removalists,ndon’t own removalists trucks,ndon’t come to your residence and inspect how much you have,ndon’t advise the amount of space required to move your items.ndon’t advise you on the requirements for their dodgy paperwork.ndon’t advise moving company of requirements from customer, once we actually got a removalist to contact us had to go through all the information again and explain what I had been telling move dynamics for 2 months only a week out before the move date.nSO what do you actually do move dynamics?nnClearly you don’t organise, I should have worked it out when the customer service person asked if my pool table folded in half. I would not recommend using any company unless you speak to the people who are going to move your items, unless of course they are worthless, and you don’t mind them being wrecked. Have moved many times before and a lot interstate and with out a doubt the worst experience ever. Luckily for them we owned the other property what if you where renting and they left your items behind. They are now someone else’s property unless you can drive 700kms and hopefully fit your refrigerator in your sedan.nnWords cannot describe the disappointment and now must organise to have the other items left behind sent up and items that can be repaired, fixed as unfortunately not everything can be fixed or replaced. If you have quality furniture especially antiques go with a quality removalist that understands that you can not replace something that is 100 years old.

Do Not Recommend. Deal direct with a moving company! Their insurance will not cover lost and broken items as previously reported on other reviews.nnIn short Move Dynamics will appear to give good customer service but in fact they outsource to other companies and have no control over that companies (Allied Pickfords Darwin in our case) complete disrespect of your property and home.nOur items were damaged to the value of $5000. A brand new king bed and mattress were cut with a box cutter and a second mattress ripped open.nOur new house was left an absolute pig sty, the movers are extremely rushed, leave dirty fingerprints all over your furniture, cut expensive items with their box cutters because they are so rushed. They will upturn box’s in beds as a way of unpacking quickly.nThey will stand over you telling you to sign the paperwork and you have 14 days to make an insurance claim but DONT sign because MD will then reject your claim.nnOther moving companies give you 14 days to inspect your property because common sense says you don’t have a chance to inspect on the day of the move.nn- You actually pay for your boxes to be unpacked in a neat and professional way to the nearest flat surface.n- The movers will do everything in their power to avoid unpackingn- If they do unpack, they will do it in such an untidy manner you will just give up and tell them not to worry about it.n- DONT SIGN the paperwork at the end of the day!!!!!!n- MV will do everything in their power to get out of covering you with their insurance!nnIf I could attach photos I would.nnDONT use Move Dynamics or Allied Pickfords.
