Arranged moving 18th of March. Their staffs are very helpful and careful when they doing their jobs, no damage, and not wasting time, very efficiently ,and reasonable price. highly recommend.

I had home easy removalists move my home from Wollongong to Sydney.nI booked them in and told them to lock in the date .... I sent them my address the day prior to the removal to which I received a response saying I wasn’t booked in. Mistakes happen and they made arrangements for the items to be picked up on the original date that was agreednnThe staff were lovely, however when the items were put into my new house the first thing I noticed was a mark and crack on the tv.nI contacted Kary and let her know about the crack and to see if they had insurance as my tv was now broken. They responded saying it wasn’t them and they put the tv between a mattress and also wrapped it. *keep in mind if a removalist company was picking up belongings and noticed a cracked screen they would photograph it or let the client know before then packing it. The crack was very visible and they wouldn’t have missed it.nnThey may have packed it and wrapped it well, however they still had to unpack all the items, take down a large lift across a large car park and up another lift, then a 100m walk to the door of the apartment at which stage any of this could have happened.nnI’m disappointed with the lack or responsibility that they are taking, and I will be taking this further. Also when I went to pay they told me if I wanted a receipt I would need to pay more to cover the gst!
