Spice Bar Restaurant

Really disappointed with the meals last night. We have been going here for so many years and the food and flavours have always been amazing. New owners, prices have gone up, and it's not quite right. Unfortunately we won't be back. Staff are still as lovely and helpful as always.

Awesome experience today for our special celebration, we had the degustation which was full of flavour and was presented beautifully. Top quality service, food and wine, and very flexible menu for anyone with allergies or special food preferences. I would highly recommend spice bar for anyone wanting a memorable dining experience for a special celebration.

First time visiting and I am happy to give this restaurant all 5 stars. Amazing food, very thorough and helpful staff, great drinks, and a nice dark (but not too dark) vibe/atmosphere. Highlights were the chicken breast, octopus, beef tataki, and regardless of what you order - get the donut! Would I go back? Every time I visit Mooloolaba. Should you go? I'd suggest making it your sole purpose for visiting.

Customer service was fantastic. We didn't have a booking but they fit us in anyway which was great. We absolutely loved our "snack" plates the scallops and fried mushrooms. However the reason for the three stars is much like similar reviews is the sizes of the octopus and the pork.

I visited Spice Bar on 14/8 and were welcomed by a great front of house team who made sure we were comfortable where we were being seated and genuinely seemed happy for us to be there. From there Nico looked after myself and my partner, providing more information on the available food and wine options, and providing excellent service and company throughout the night. We were served our food by two other staff as well who were both very professional and told us about each plate. Overall a 10/10 experience and we can't wait to come back again in the future, thanks to all the team who made it such a nice evening.
