Brightwater Hotel

The staff uniform dress standard is professional. The setting is pleasant. An alternative to addressing all customers as "guys" would be an improvement. Our lunch order arrived quickly. Unfortunately the fish portion was difficult to cut as it was still frozen/raw. The meal error was addressed by providing a replacement meal (promptly) and the offer of complementary drinks. Whilst the Brightwater Bistro presents well, the meals we received were ordinary. Lunch out for us in future will be at one of the many local businesses that consistently produce better meals than those we received at the Brightwater Tavern.

There is a great covered deck out the back which has a view over the lake. A wonderful place for lunch on a sunny day. Recommended.

Absolutely outstanding as usual the staff were awesome.Venue totally recommend it. Really great atmosphere and good views. Food was out of this world really nice. Thanks for the awesome day.

Really enjoyed our visit to Brightwater Hotel today. Good food, good service, good value. That's all you need for a pleasant night out.
