Beautiful part of Australia, worth the drive for some amazing views and amazing camp spots

Wonderful 5 days spent exploring and relaxing, bird watching and bush cooking. Amazing hosts Peter and Jen, even bringing firewood every day to our secluded campsite. Highly recommended.

Stopped in for morning tea as part of the Big Day Out comedy tour hosted by the Bulloo Shire Council as day 2 of their Quick Shears Shindig festival. Greg and Toni were brilliant hosts and the camping and accommodation set up is wonderful.

3 night stay camping at the Shearer’s Quarters, Just Fabulous! Great amenities - hot showers, flushing toilets & can have a powered site if needed. There is heaps of camping spots by the lagoon but at the moment it has no water. You can do a tourist drive that takes in some parts of the property that is really good. Just a great place to relax, sit by a fire and see just how many stars that you can see out here.

Stayed at Kilcowra Station in ou camper trailer in April 2018 and loved every minute. The facillities are great and the bird life is amazing! Got fire wood delivered every day. Thank you so much for a proper outback experience!
