I recently sent over 20 Balikbayan boxes to the Philippines. The service overall was rapid, courteous and good value. The LBC app works a treat and there was always excellent communication. Special commendation to Danny and work mate who on a very busy day on 31 May 2021 were very efficient, professional and friendly— best courier service I have ever worked with!
My wife sent many boxs to the Philippines for her family by ship usually take 6 to 8 weeks depending on where it's going & they bring to the home in the Philippines or nearby warehouse. My wife & I drive 1 hour from Picton NSW To warehouse in Sydney. To drop off our boxs there very helpful with any questions we may have.
The delivery guys are very knowledgeable. They are very courteous and very helpful, giving advices on how to pack to make the box more durable. I highly recommend LBC specifically these guys who I forgot to ask the name of one of them. One guy is named Nico Aguilar.
Called for a pickup to send to Philippines. They told me to wait for a week and so I did. The following week after, I asked for a day off at work and they did not show up at all. So unprofessional. Left me a message saying that the truck was full so they would pick my box up the next day at 1230pm to 9pm. The next day they called at 5AM in the morning to say that I was not answering my phone (WHO DOES THAT ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS NOT AT SERVICE HOURS) therefore they were not gonna pick up my box anymore. After that I gave them a call and told them that was not fair. They called and told me that they would pick it up the next day again but never showed up. Never called back and never even sent a text message. WORST COURIER EVER. Bad scheduling and very unprofessional.
Failed to collect our box. Waited until 9pm so we cancelled. You have let us down before with very late collections. Also one of our boxes took nearly FIVE months to get to PH. We will never use you again
