Disgusting customer service. Office staff need to be retrained to have people skills. The way 1 woman spoke to us was appalling. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Rudest customer service woman ever! Cheat, lie and steal! Take whatever money whenever they like! DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Was some time ago. When returning the rental, I was told I'd be slugged with a fee for not refilling the fuel. Told these gronks; "I will be bringing more fuel." , to avoid this. Somewhere between this conversation and me turning up with the fuel, they lost my phone number. Tell me something shady isn't going on here? Their response verbatim; "Sorry, we tried calling you, to tell you the fuel gauge was playing up. We lost your phone number and couldn't tell you not to worry bringing the fuel in." Absolutely Disgusting behaviour!!!! Been using Avis/Budget rentals ever since this incident.

Worst custom service. Completely unhelpful. You make a booking for a specific time weeks in advance only to be told your car has to be cleaned and detailed with a line up of 3 other cars before you can collect. When you ask of there is anything they can do you just get a massive attitude and a shrug. If it was possible to score a zero i would have given them that.

Good service but bizarrely only open until 1pm on weekdays which is incredibly inconvenient.
