Step Up Removals did a fantastic job for me with my move. I got Step Up to do the packing as well and they were so much faster than I could have been. Then on the day of the move they were on time, co-ordinated well with my neighbours to use the driveway, and got everything moved and unloaded quickly, even under threat of rain. Rodrigo, Marcos and Camilo were super helpful with putting everything in the best spot at my new place and because they had supplied the packing boxes they were sturdy enough to stack wh where I needed them. Overall it was a stress-free move, I highly recommend Step Up.
Punctual, hard working and friendly guys from Step Up really looked after my furniture move. They took care of the furniture and the house, even when corners were tight. Thank you Caio, Pereira and Alec ... not only was your work great, but the smiles and care so genuine. (my 84 yr old mum says thanks too!)
Now that the dust has settled and we have finally unpacked multitude of moving box’s, I would like to thank “Step Up Removals”and their wonderful group of men (Rodrigo, Cario, Jain and Eduardo) who moved us into our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for the boys. I've used Step Up Removals 3 times now and each time they did a fantastic job. Sebastian and John always showed up on time when they said they would and were really proficient at moving and packing all my things. They were always cheerful and eager to help as much as they could such as setting up the washer/dryer and entertainment unit. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I was super happy with Step up Removals. It was very easy to organise. They checked in with me the day before, arrived on time. I had to move a lot of fragile things, and they took extremely good care and everything arrived safely. Hard working, efficient and very relaxed. They also went way and beyond to help me to fit the fridge. I was very satisfied and already recommended them to my friends.
