Good workers but very rude owner, the owner called Sandro and try to paly games with you. lack of communication between the owner and their staff. Sandro does not pass customer requirement to his workers. They quoted and agreed with a fixed price, but on the day 2 of their works showed up 4 hours late and others was late at lease 30mins.nwe send both pick up and delivery site photos before hand, they agreed with the them and accepted the job. We had told the management the delivery place is still under construction, and asked the worker to wear steelcap boots, saftey hats and vests. But owner refused to pass the message, and workers turned up with nothing, As they turned up late, the delivery address's loading dock was given to other delivery people. we have to wait and park the trucks on the steet for one hour, and Sandro feels quoted fixed price cant cover his labour, and asked me to pay full amount of cost, after I paid the amount, he is asking for extra money, because he thinks his workers need extra hours to complete the job. We agreed on a fiexed price, but Sandro said if I am not paying the extras, the goods will not be delivered. Also as their workers did not wear saftey boots, construction site mananger refused them to enter the site. I have to send them home on the day and asked them to come back the next monrning. As this is a construction site, I send all site induction requirement to Sandro, and asked workers to be on site next monrning 7 on time, Sandro promised in writing but the next monrning none of them were on time again. They said they are 24/7 service, but they are not. The owner is only care about money. On the agreement said price include GST, but Sandro says no not included, I asked him to go and check, he came back with 'oh sorry, they should not quote price incl.GST'.nnNOT HAPPY WITH THE OWNER AT ALL.nnIf you looking for commercial removalists, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Packing servicenn1. Multiple items were broken. Two of which occurred (two mugs) because the packer carelessly dropped them while wrapping. We saw it happen and asked the packer to be careful and got an eye roll instead of an apology. Things break, mistakes happen, it would be good if staff at least acted like they were trying.nn2. Despite saying they are open 24/7 they aren't. We couldn't drop off boxes during the middle of the day on Tuesday the 29th of December. There's no notice anywhere saying the business is closed, it's not a public holiday.nn3. The packers acted very stressed and like they needed extra boxes and coordinated a drop off of extra boxes... they did not use these boxes. As professionals who move a lot of stuff they could have anticipated this as a problem. They also had a giant truck and could have easily kept some extra boxes in reserve for situations like this.nn4. We were assured that we would receive compensation for these issues by a guy called Sandro but have not received it.nnRemoval service:nThe Removalists were great and got the job done however they couldn't fit everything in their truck and we had to take three carloads of our stuff with us. The packing truck was larger than the removal truck which made no sense, they knew how much we had and it wasn't actually that much.nnWe ended up paying a lot for not very much in terms of service quality.
