Booked their services 1 week in advance. I called three times the week leading up to ensure they would be there on time. They were not. I called throughout the day and was told repeatedly that they were 30mins away. After 6hrs I called again and the manager was abrupt and rude, blaming me for them not being there, and told me they were no longer coming. I explained that I needed to be out that day, and was hung up on. I attempted to call back and my number was blocked. After finally making contact I was told I would receive my deposit back and an apology email, after 7 days I have not received either. DO NOT recommend will will never use.

This is probably one of the worst removalist. Very expensive and not careful when moving item. Had to pay 5 hours for just one bedroom apartment and with some unexpected extra cost. Currently I'm chasing my deposit back since I paid full price by cash. This is not a good experience. If you're poor, then avoid this. If you have alot of money to dispose, this is one for you.nnUpdate (20/3/21) - They still haven't give back my deposit. It's been 2 1/2 weeks now, this is painful.

Had a 2 bedroom move from Brisbane to Sydney. The booking process with Mandy was very smooth and easy she was very informative of the process. The guys arrived on time at pick up and drop off. And they were very fast and efficient. Finished loading in an hour and a bit and finished unloading with in an hour. They placed items down gently and was meticulous. Honestly cannot recommend this service enough.They were great.

The guys where brilliant, packed the truck like a jigsaw in no time at all. Turned up when they said they would. Unloaded the truck within half a hour, with everything in the correct rooms. Very polite and we'll mannered. great price and no extra charges as promised Would highly recommend.
