Yorketown Caravan Park

What a great little park to stay in. Friendly staff, reasonable prices for caravan sites and the facilities were very clean. Not far from the town centre, an easy walk. I would certainly come here again.

The park offers beautiful peaceful garden surrounds, clean amenities and a short walking distance to the town centre. The park is bounded by a bowling green and football oval. For the children, there is a large playground a short walk at the end of the street. A well equipped camp kitchen offers BBQ Facilities, microwave, frying pan, kettle etc along with a household size fridge freezer. Also, an onsite laundry. The camp kitchen and amenities are immaculately clean. Fastidious staff even wash shower curtains every day There is a mix of sites either on lush lawn or hard surface, including some that cater for big rigs. Space available to park boats. Yorketown is in centre of Yorke Peninsula so it is only a short drive to either Spencer Gulf or St Vincent Gulf, providing a choice for most suitable tides, making it a perfect base for fishing enthusiasts. A modern dump point is just outside the entry gate. Colin and Jen (onsite managers ) are so friendly and helpful. They should be very proud of themselves for what they have created. They won the Nomads Award in 2019. We are so impressed we will be back in a couple of weeks, along with 12 others who are coming as a result of our recommendation.
