Gloss nail and beauty salon

Sadly I was left underwhelmed by my experience at Gloss. I requested a mani pedi, no polish. My nails were cut square and sharp. I then requested them be changed to round, but I was still left with something far from what I asked for. I asked for a buff and polish to replace nail polish however the young man tending to me didn't know what that was. My skin was clipped twice when my nails were being cut and my cuticles weren't done thoroughly at all, I ended up coming home and spent half an hour fixing up, wishing I did it myself from the get-go. Wouldn't go back.
