Would highly recommend this team! Have had great interactions with all staff members, they are clearly trained very well by the company which is so comforting when trying new procedures! Chloe is the reason that I feel comfortable enough to do laser hair removal, I won't be seeing anyone else - she is seriously amazing! Thank you!

All they do is try to up sell products. I paid for 3 facials and they were just the quick ones, I think 20 min. All they did was try to tell me what my skin was missing and what products I could purchase from them and use. They know nothing about my health issues in the past or present and yet try to tell me how I can improve my skin with these products. Its a joke.nI didn't even go back for the third, I have paid for it but rather burn the money then go back somewhere where they act like they know the best for you in a 20 min session.nLet's not add the fact that I had lip filler done 2 months ago and I literally look like nothing has been done, when I called them all they said was the same old thing they tell 80% of people, your body must absorb it, hahaha so ridiculous, im not 5 years old and I can't be sold into believing that my body absorbed it in 6 weeks. The product they use is a joke, I found out later it's literally the least effective product you can use, almost $400 later I'm so angry for giving them a second chance.nI will never walk into these stores again, they are over priced and never take blame for anything.nI will not be recommending them to anyone, save your money, I can gurantee better results at other clinics and that's a fact.nTwo stars is because they are clean, that's it, the girls that work in these stores act like they are better then you, I literally haven't been treated like a client once. They treat you like someone that is coming in for a quick bikini wax.nSo dissapointed in this company, words can't explain.

I had my cheeks done with nurse Caitlin and I couldn't be happier with my results!!! Everyone that works there is so lovely and accomodating :)

I've been a client for 7 years for all treatments skin, laser, and injectables and couldn't recommend their service enough! I've always been warmly greeted by all staff, always felt very listened to and had all my treatments tailored to my concerns! Thank you

It is absolutely not worth risking getting injectables at this clinic. I was botched on both sides, one side droopy and one fully able to move. I had to stay like this for 2 weeks before they would try to fix it and they cancelled that appointment to correct it 40 mins before i was supposed to come in. It took a lot to get them to do the right thing and call another nurse in. When i eventually did get in they would only fix one side and said they'd call in a few days to fix the other.nNo call, my face is still uneven and droopy a month on. I've always wanted my botox to last as long as possible but I can't wait for this one to wear off.nn*edited.. There was a comment left that i should email the manager. I did. Twice. No reply.
