American Nails

Had a manicure and pedicure yesterday (29 March 2020). Go somewhere else. I could’ve painted my nails better myself plus they did shellac on my fingers and but I asked for normal. But what shocked me was the rudeness of the Korean Asian nail girl (attractive with contact lenses). She clearly did not want to be working and was very rough handling my feet. I made a comment to another worker and she told me she had a fight with her boyfriend. Maybe she should of gone home. I just wanted a relaxing pedicure and manicure but left feeling stressed because of the treatment I experienced by this angry worker. Unbelievable. I’ve given this place a few chances but never again!!

I came here today for a shellac pedicure and I was so delighted with my experience. Ha was my nail technician and she was so lovely, because of her excellent service I will be coming back. Thank you Ha, Happy Easter :)

I've tried a few nail salons locally and this was my best experience. Relaxing, very professional and polite.

Previously gave this place 1 star. Was given a gift voucher so used it today. What a fantastic pedicure!! Andy was fabulous.

Worst customer service I ever had in a nail salon. The guy who took over from someone else who was doing my pedicure left me without even letting me know if my pedicure was done or if i had to wait, he took off to take his phone call,none of the staff knew where he went. I was left there with no communication and the pedicure that was done was mediocre. If you are busy don’t take customers but if you accept them give them your 100% worst place ever seriously. Would never go back there again !!
