Have only started going there as close to home. Was recommended by another friend. Have always been fitted in when I arrive & all the girls are very friendly.

My manicure was very rushed. I was waiting for 40 minutes while they kept saying yes to other Customers coming in. It got really busy and the lady didn’t trim my cuticles even after I asked her to, she quickly moved on to the next customer while my nails were curing under the uv light, I didn’t even know if she was done or coming back. I sat there for 5 minutes before I could get the courage to ask her if she was done and if I could wash my hands. She didn’t even reply back, it was the older lady that told me where the sink was.nMy manicure is good tho, it hasn’t chipped like a few of the reviews here.nI think there’s heaps of room for improvement, if they know they get super busy they need to start taking appointments and allow time for each and every customer.nWorking on communicating would be helpful as well.
