Jade Nails

Got my Nails done here once I walked in must have been lucky with the timing where it wasn't busy, Zoe did my nails and I was fantastic looking I just had a simple ombre colour on my nails that looked really nice added some stickers to it as well and the price wasn't too bad coming in around $50 Pretty worth the place to go if you want a manicure and a simple design

I went in for a standard pedicure and was a little crunched for time. They were not busy and I asked if my pedicure could be done in 30 minutes. They said yes and got me right in. The water was scolding hot and even when I asked them to make it cooler, it wasn't. I chose my color and reminded them I only wanted a regular pedicure. My feet were not massaged at all and they were not scrubbed either. The gentleman working with me only rubbed my legs with a green scrub. When I went to pay, it was $45 and not the posted $30. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I chose gel polish. I only chose a color. I wasn't told anything about a gel polish and I didn't have time to deal with it then but I will be asking for a refund tomorrow. I basically paid $45 to have my feet in hot water and have my toenails painted. I am very disappointed.

After a disastrous experience at Professionail (in the same mall) I went to Jade Nails to rectify my very thick and unnatural looking nails. I have to say that  Jade Nails were very professional and I was extremely happy with my SNS nails. The price was great value as it even included a manicure.  Definately would recommend Jade Nails.

I had to go there few times because it was close by and convenient... but will never ever go again! Not clean at all with very poor hygiene because they don t clean their material I got fungus infection at my toe nails, the shyllac is supposed to last 2 weeks after 3 days it's getting off. And the owner is very very rude and just thinking how much money she can make from people instead of thinking about their health and the service they are paying for...they should be having inspection s for the poor hygiene! Other wise the staff working there some of them are nice but missing experience and efficiency . No one should go there till they fix their hygiene and their service but with a very bad mannered owner that would be very hard...
