Very rough - threw our hands and feet around and made my 13 year old daughter bleed. Didn’t give us time to pick colours - just keep asking over and over again ‘“what colour”. Threw a towel at us and didn’t say what it was for. Also didn’t seem very clean. The overall result was fine (a few bumps) but the experience could have been much better.

I have just had a refill at this salon. The service was provided by a male. My nails are crooked and out of shape. I had to request that top coat be removed from my fingers as it had been applied so thickly that it had run and congealed on my fingers. This was done whilst standing at the counter. This left a ridge along the base and side of the nail. The top coat caused lumps on the nails where it had been applied so thickly. I told the tech it was a terrible job but still had to pay and was not offered service to fix my complaint. I am from SA and have used this salon before. The standard has always been lacking but never as poorly as today's effort. There was no skill or technique used in applying the acryllic. I have had acryllic nails for 30 years and this was the worst I have ever had. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. The staff are bordering on rude and are difficult to understand with poor english. All they care about is the money not whether the customer is happy with the service or if their service is of up to standard let alone of high quality. I am now stuck with misshapen nails until I return to SA.

Very rude staff, completely rushed through the whole experience, they were pulling on my hands. I wasn’t allowed Sufficient time to choose colours, when I did choose colours, they didn’t have what I selected, so when I wanted time to re choose from the selection they became impatient and suggested I come back another day. There was no other customers waiting. Staff stood over top of me waiting for an answer. Ended up picking a colour out of rush - that I’m not even happy with, I just wanted to leave. Was not happy with the level of service at all. A bad experience, I will never go back!

I have had many pedies before, the experience I had at this salon has put me off getting pedicure. She not only was very rough she also made me bleed. I only got one foot and leg done as she was so rough I didn't want her butchering my other foot or leg. Then they charged me full price I was mortified and bleeding.

Some staff are rude, specially the male staff. They don't give you all the colour samples and pressure you to choose your colour in a very short time. Some ladies are nice though.nnYou don't always get the same quality of job, the nail pain can come off in a matter of two three days.
