Hairhouse Cairns Central

Hairhouse Cairns Central is my happy place. Every 6 weeks Maleena reads my mind and I relax knowing I'm in good hands. While that's happening I get to listen to the staff around me be nice to each other( and to me) and really thoughtful and caring towards other customers. Everyone is an individual .nThat's why I've be a happy customer for over 5 years.

The girls at the Cairns Central store are beyond amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel welcomed and my company enjoyed. And my hair is in great hands. Literally.

Went in for a concave bob. Half way through had to ask for the staff member to stop as both sides were totally different lengths.nThe manager had a look but wasn’t interested in rectifying and asked Josh to fix. He did a great job, very thorough and I was very happy with the result.nA couple of months later I made an appointment with Josh for a trim. I thought this will be ok he done it previously. Went in and he hacked all the hair at the back off and left the sides. It is an absolute mess and I’m still waiting for it to grow!! Absolute disaster!!!

Just now 13.45 pm 22.10. I politely asked if there is a chance that you still have appointments tomorrow.nI did not even get to finish the question and was told mid sentence in a monotone voice : ‘No sorry, have a wonderful day’ and the phone was hung up on me.nI appreciate you are busy ...but good and friendly service also includes phone etiquette.nI’m quite taken aback.
