ZIO HAIR BEAUTY CAIRNS

For over 20 years, I had my hair done by a Korean lady but this became impossible after I moved to a regional town. I took an opportunity to jump in ZIO during my holiday in Cairns. They kindly accepted my last minute appointment request. A gentleman has done my hair. I've found that the handling was a bit rough compared to the lady but the end result is satisfactory. I am very happy. I immediately recommended to someone I know who is also having a holiday in Cairns. Thank you so much :)

I have permanently straightened my hair for years so have a good idea of what hair should look like after having this treatment. Put simply, my hair was NOT and did NOT STAY straight after their very expensive session. I was shocked and very disappointed.nnWhen I went back to the salon to show them my hair, the boss was shockingly rude and aggressive - he said this is normal and I need to pay for more treatments (?!) I know from past experience this is NOT TRUE. They were taking NO responsibility and wanted MORE MONEYnnThey put really nice before-and-after photo on the shop window to attract people in, but the result is nothing like that. I will NEVER return to this scam hole again. I urge you to look else where. Very Very disappointing.

DO NOT COLOUR YOUR HAIR HERE!!!!! I ASKED FOR CARAMEL HIGHLIGHTS AND SHE GAVE ME NASTY ORANGE STREAKS! IT'S DISGUSTING. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO FOILS. AND THE WAY SHE PUT FOILS WAS BIZARRE, LIKE IT WAS HER 1ST TIME. WORST COLOURIST IN CAIRNS HANDS DOWN!!!

With thick curly hair... hands down best blow-dry I have ever received. 100% dry and straightened perfectly.
