Dodgy Business/ don't speak EnglishnnAfter waiting for 30 minutes to be attended the owner came to me and said she doesn't speak English and look for another person to translate for her. She offered me a different service to what I initially booked because she's overbooked.nSo I asked for the price of the treatment she was offering. She said $90 for one treatment or $250 for a package of 4.nSo I said yes I'll take only one treatment. Everything smiles but at the end she wants to charge me $250 for something I didn't agree.nSo I didn't accept. It was a super uncomfortable moment. She insisted to charge me $250 and I said no I won't paid for something I didn't agree that's dishonest.nI think what she said 'i don't speak English' is an excuse to confuse customers and make you paid more. If you have a business in an English speaking country you should have someone to speak English.

my experience is always amazing as the hair dresser's are very professional and caring for their clients, they've tried they best to make the clients feel comfortable and homie, Ive done foils and after treatment which is always suggest by the hair dresser . I am very happy with the treatment they have provided to me every time I've went there.

I used to like the saloon but today I had a bad experience that I wanna share because I was not the first one. I made an appointment to cut my hair and I made it clear that I didn’t want to dry my hair or finalise it at the moment of the appointment.I went to the place and After cutting, I told the owner of the business TWICE that I didn’t want to have my hair finalised, that just cutting would be enough. She insisted on it and at the end I paid 50 dollars for a service that I made clear that I didn’t want. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her insistence and disrespected as a customer. Although I get other procedures done at the place, I will not come back never again and I don’t recommend this business for anyone.
