I’ve been seeing Rachel for a year now and the results and changes on my skin are amazing, I have breakout for like three years and now all gone. She is very professional and full of knowledge and sooo lovely. Always happy to see her at this clinic.

Rachel is wonderful with her services. This clinic is very well equipped, clean, efficient and staffs are very helpful. I've recommended to a few friends and we are all satisfied with the results.

Went in for my first laser treatment ever with Jordie and she made it a really great and comfortable experience! I was nervous for my first brazillian laser treatment, but she helped put me at ease by being super patient and answering any questions I had about the treatments. I would highly recommend Jordie to anyone wanting laser, especially for first timers as she was super easy to talk to throughout the whole experience.

Booked a laser treatment at their Adelaide Street Branch, they called to confirm my appointment, they text to confirm my appointment. So I made the 3 hour trip into Brisbane City only for them to phone 30 minutes before my appointment to say they did not have the machine in their branch to do my treatment and therefore could not have anything done that day!nI told them I had travelled 3 hours to get to the appointment and it would be another 3 hours to get home and asked if they could have let me know before the appointment and the receptionist just said 'oh yeh'nI have been a Clearskin client for over 10 years and am now resolute I will never set foot in their clinics ever again.nThe worst customer service and like others have said - they pressure sell while you're having a treatment which is really poor customer service.

This gorgeous clinic is my absolute favourite! All the lovely ladies are super friendly and assist in whatever way they can. Rachel is one of the amazing girls that is always so pleasant and always really takes care of me - I've had amazing results with this clinic and definitely continue to see them in the future!
