I took my 3.5 year old in for a haircut. I also asked for some thinning to be done and also for some advice around hair care and management, as my toddler has thick, unruly and very long hair that I don't have any experience with. It was my toddler's first haircut and she had been looking forward to it. We sat down and were there for no more than 2 minutes in total. The hairdresser sprayed some water on her hair, gave it a trim and then sent us on our way, charging us $28.50.nnI didn't receive any advice on how to manage her hair. No product was used. There was no interaction with either me or my toddler. There was no wash, blowdry, braid...nothing. There wasn't anything that took place that would warrant charging $28.50 and the whole experience was lacking.nnI contacted the salon to provide feedback about the cost associated and explained there was zero difference between my experience in the salon and what I could have done at home for free. I was advised that 'well we can't change the owners prices'....nnI won't be returning and won't be providing a recommendation. We were invisible as customers and then I was made to feel like an idiot when providing the feedback to the Manager. I feel that a small business would be appreciative to understand what their audience wanted, but obviously they are just solely concerned about dollars, rather than providing any type of experience to their customer base.

I went to Khool hair and beauty salon today for the first time. The customer service was exceptional. The lady who did my hair- Crystal did a fabulous job. I got so many compliments and feel so relaxed after the hair treatments. She was very professional and kind. She went beyond my expectations. She took her time with my hair and not rushed at any point at all. The place is very hygienic. I highly recommend this salon for anyone needs a hairdo. Thanks Team!

I came in to your salon the other day and I'm disappointed with my haircut, I have curly hair and the stylist combed my hair and cut it dry with and my hair had gone extremely fuzzy from the comb. In my years of getting hair cuts I've never had my hair combed and cut dry. Anyone that knows curly hair you don't brush it when it's dry to avoid the frizz. So I've ended up with a haircut that isn't the best as it was cut while my hair was frizzy. I won't be returning and being 9 months pregnant I at least wanted to feel good afterwards. $46 was not worth the haircut.

I booked in for a haircut (no wash and blowdry - just a very quick trim) and an eyebrow wax.nThe haircut was great and over in 10 minutes, the eyebrow wax was not very good. More plucking than waxing and it was a very beginner job. When I pointed out that there were patches of hairs missed, she offered to fix it but by that stage I was not confident in her ability to rectify the issue without making my eyebrows too thin. Eyebrows were not trimmed either. Cost was over $50.
