They are scammers. No history for drivers in the application, so its easy to steal money from drivers.. And they block me from emailsnnBe careful don't work for this company!!!

I have never written a review before now but I am so incensed by the indifference of your staff and the deceit of one of your contractor's, I just have had to.nA roll of plastic industrial bin liners was delivered to my address last week. Rather than deliver the roll through the obvious pedestrian gate by the letter box, (as other deliveries have been); the delivery guy forced open an electric driveway gate and left the roll down our driveway, against the garage door.nWhen I got home I noticed that the gate was not fully closed. On further inspection I noticed the damage.nI contacted the product supplier who told me to contact Civic Couriers. An employee, Trent Clark said that he would contact the driver. The drivers response was that the driveway gates were open and that he had not caused any damage.nThese gates are always closed as the purpose of them is to restrain our dog.nTrent said that it was nothing to do with Civic Couriers and that it was an insurance claim but he would get the driver to contact me.... an exercise that has cost me considerably more than the roll of garbage bags.nCertainly not a service to recommend.

Mark in Customer Service was just appalling, Have had a relationship with Civic for years, used almost daily, Mark ensured we will be paying for a futile pick up when three drivers arrived half an hour prior to booking time and charged wait time possibly! Our business was chased by the Queensland Sales Team, now undone by Mark, whoever the hell he is, GOODBYE! Hello Capital Transport, we are coming back!

Dear sir/ madam,nI got really shocked by behaviour of your staffs today,nI’m a resident of the building Metro 21 Mary Street, Brisbane City,nYour staff parked the van with number plate 452-ZIP around 14:26pm in front of the car lift, so all our residents in the building couldn’t get in or out, so I asked her to move her car immediately because my car was still stuck in the car lift and I was rushing to get to work.nShe responded: if I don’t move the car now what’s happening?nI replied: I will call tolls away,nShe said: Go ahead,... then they gave a finger.nnWell, I haven’t used your company service but I’m really sure I and my family and my friends will never use it, I think the building as well.nnHope you can solve this problem and the staff will get something for that disgusting behaviour,
