3.5 stars - Beautiful salon and great service. I had an apprentice do my chemical hair treatment, the overall results isn't too bad. I do still have a few strands near my temples and forehead that is still wavy but not worth re-doing. The salon does get quite busy so I was left waiting around for quite a bit. Also my haircut was very choppy so not too impressed with that.

When I booked my appointment at Sanctuary 14, my thought was that it's time for a proper makeover. Della was above and beyond with professionalism, and I knew it was going to be an amazing transformation. She walked me through how she's going to achieve the result similar to references which I brought. Della added her own spin to it, which I absolutely loved (and was complemented both at home and by-passers). I truly feel like a new person and working on my new goals is way more motivating now! Fantastic atmosphere in there. Stylists were skilled and relaxed. Gentle massage chairs also helped with relaxation for the wash. I will be back again!

I got my hair chemically straightened at this salon yesterday. Adrian done an amazing job. My hair went from a huge frizzy curly mess to sleek and smooth. It looks fantastic and feels so much lighter. Would definitely recommend!

This is an amazing place to get your hair done. Adrian is so lovely. I am very happy with my straightening and haircut!
