The first set I had by Raelene was beautiful every visit after was a nightmare. The second visit a lady did a different much heavier (droopy not heavy as in dark or filling) lash without consulting me and I didn't like it. Went back for a 'repair' and they did the same lashes. Next visit did a less harmful lash and the curl or lash was too heavy causing them to drape on my face. The next 'repair' from that was a fresh set that took 2 hours of my time. These are supposed to volume lashes. (photo below) The main reason why I'm upset is the lack of listening to my needs that were by no means out of their doing as I had this beautiful set off them the very first time. I was not being unrealistic once so ever and was more than happy to meet in the middle for my lashes needs as expressed many times. Sharlene the owner did my last repair and when I came back to express I wasn't happy still she didn't take the time to talk to me apart from stating something about a lash like I was suppose to know. I am just a client coming to a salon with a vision. It's their job to best grasp that through consultation and provide the service. Very disappointed.

Best lash extension service in Brisbane! Have tried other places & they are incomparable. Very clean & organised, very fast yet meticulous with service & standards. Lashes look so natural & last several weeks - coming from someone who does a lot of hot yoga & sauna! Highly recommended.

I had lash extensions after lockdown for my daughter's wedding. I was able to secure a very convenient afternoon appointment and the 2 girls who did my lashes were really friendly. Lashes looked great...but...thought for $189 they would not fall out as quickly as they did. I am very careful with lash care sonwhen they started dropping that night, I was rather surprised. Disappointed! Shame!

Had a lovely time with Raylene yesterday. She seems highly personable and absolutely lovely. Did an awesome job with my lash extensions.

Unfortunately my entire set of lashes fell off within 3 days of application. Once I communicated this I received a prompt reply and was offered a replacement set within 7 days. Unfortunately the replacement set also fell off completely within 3 days. I followed all aftercare instructions carefully. I then enquired about a refund and was offered a third visit to the salon and was advised that there are many contributing factors that can affect the glue and that refunds are not offered. I declined the offer to visit a third time. I was also advised no other clients were experiencing this issue and therefore it was unlikely a glue or lash issue. On review of the website I see similar feedback from 2 weeks ago. The communication was prompt and the staff nice to deal with however I am disappointed in the quality of the lashes.
