Love this place, get my lashes done here every 2 weeks or so. The staff are friendly, prices are very reasonable and they always seem to have good music playing. Have recommended to my customers and coworkers!

Love this salon and all the staff. I go weekly for my spray tans, cheapest and best quality in the area. monthly for my lash and brows. Couldn't recommend them more! love love love such a good find :)

I sent 2 messages, they were read and no reply, I called and no answer and I had been a consistent client for a while. Long story short their prices went up and you would think old clients would pay their original prices but no, prices went up for everyone without any heads up and then because of lockdown, not by choice I had to do another full set of eyelashes so here I was desperate to do my eyelashes but struggling to afford $130 and also not wanting to go elsewhere because I love Sophie’s work, I asked if they offer student discount because I am a student. For me regardless of how good the eyelashes are, customer service is everything. If you can’t even find the time to reply to a consistent PAYING client then you lose that client, simple. Clients create a business and customer service creates clients.nnKind Regards.
